Q: How much property is left?
We are just getting started. We have sold just less than 20% of our total property. We have 80% of some of the most beautiful beachfront and elevated view properties remaining. We have two miles of beach front that will be opening in future phases.

Q: Will all of the land be developed?
No. Of the approximately 619 hectares (about 1529 acres) only 30% will be built on or developed. The areas which will be developed are primarily on existing pasture or former teak plantations. The vast majority of the land will be preserved as there are several areas of primary rain forests that we want to protect. Foot trails, lookout points and canopy tours will allow access into the Rain Forest to provide enjoyment and education of the beauty of the land and animals.

Q: Can you rent your property and if so for how much?
Yes, you can choose to rent your property when you are not there. We will have a professional Rental Management team to assist you in this matter. We haven't set the rates yet for the different sizes of villas and condos but you can get a good idea for rental rates by looking at other 4 and 5-star resorts around the Caribbean..

Q: Who is your typical client?
The majority of our clients are not only looking to retire in the years ahead but are attracted to the adventure of island living. Most are also anxious to purchase now due to it's strong appreciation. About 90% of buyers are from the USA and there is substantial interest in our development abroad as the word is getting out about our project and the Bocas area in general. Many of our clients have experience with real-estate and understand the value of Caribbean property (particularly as baby boomers begin retirement). Property investors have been attracted to Red Frog because of it's strong position to appreciate short and long term.

Q: What amenities will the resort offer?
You name it, we've got it. This 1700-acre beachfront island community is located just off the Caribbean coast of Panama and is only 30 miles southwest from Costa Rica. The beautifully designed homes on ½ acre lots and the condominiums will include Turkish stone flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and private pools. The resort will offer spectacular Caribbean white-sandy beaches, beautifully designed resort pools, a world-class spa, a 118- slip marina and a 400-slip Grand Marina, fishing boat-charters, scuba-diving, surfing, fine restaurants, exotic waterfalls and pathways, Canopy zip-lines connecting elevated observation decks, the wildlife preserve with turtles, parrots and monkeys. We are also considering a dolphin interaction park and a movie theater located at the Grand Marina.

Q: How big are the lots?
The lots are all approximately ½ acre. Since we are not developing 70% of our total property (1700 acres) there is an enormous amount of "common area." We think the amount of property left untouched at Red Frog will make this resort truly unique.

Q: Is the beach private?
All beaches in Panama are designated public beaches. However, unless you have access into the resort (either own or are renting your unit) it is very difficult to reach our beaches.
