Reservation Policy

Space is guaranteed only with non-refundable, first month's payment for specific booked 30-day period; otherwise, if no advance payment then subject to availability.

Rate Changes and Quotes

Rate changes effective with 30 days notice. Rate quotes valid for 30 days unless payment received for arrival. Arrivals more than 90 days into the future accepted with right to change rates after first month. Slip/dockage rates protected through date paid - 6 months maximum.

Payments and Options

Slip/dockage fees are payable in advance and are due on the first day of the month. Failure to pay any charges due within 10 days of the due date may result in a surcharge of 10%. Payments may be made by cash, Panama bank check, MasterCard/Visa or bank electronic funds transfer to Banco General. Long-term prepayment discounts may be available and are subject to change without notice. All charges subject to 7% Panama tax. No extra charge for credit card use.
