Marina Rates

Standard monohull slip rates per foot LOA: C & D docks

Vessels occupying more than 50% of a second slip including fenders must pay for 2 slips.
C = 14' max slip width and D = 17.5' max slip width. Fingers C = 30' D = 39.5'
Minimum charge for C dock 35 feet; minimum charge for D dock 45 feet.
Note: C dock max length 45', D dock max length 60'

Electric

$.35/kwh
We provide reliable 50 amp and 100 amp 125/250 volt service from our own power generating plant with U.S. connections; we will be installing 250 amp 480 volt 3-phase power for large yachts.

Water

  • Allowance 25 gal/ft paid per month (for monthly clients only)
  • $.05/gal over allowance and for daily/weekly clients.

Internet Wi-Fi

Complimentary service (for monthly clients only).



 

 

Reservation Policy

Space is guaranteed only with non-refundable, first month's payment for specific booked 30-day period; otherwise, if no advance payment then subject to availability.

Rate Changes and Quotes

Rate changes for marina clients effective with 30 days notice. Rate quotes valid for 30 days unless payment received for arrival. Arrivals more than 90 days into the future accepted with right to change rates after first month. Slip/dockage rates protected through date paid — 6 months maximum.

Other

All charges subject to 7% Panama tax. No extra charge for Visa/MasterCard use.
