Pillar Panama, the developer, has worked extremely hard to establish a local presence and a good reputation
amongst the locals of Bocas del Toro and Panama in general. We are contracting
with local construction companies in Panama to build the resort. We have used the architectural firm that master planned the
most successful residental resort community in Costa Rica. These relationships have meant everything to the Red Frog development's
successful start.
Furthermore our connections with individuals native to Bocas del Toro has allowed us to blend in
as much as possible with the local environment and earn the trust of many residents. We have local contacts in Bocas
with attorneys, architects, environmental impact researchers, landowners, realtors, title companies,
and more.
The final result will be over 168 acres total, nearly 1 mile of beachfront, and 500 meters of seafront.
Red Frog Beach will eventually include over 110 villas and residence club units.
