COCIGE CONSTRUCTION PARTNER

Pillar Panama, S.A. has entered into an exclusive partnership with Cocige, S.A., one of the top contractors in Panama, to build Red Frog Beach. Cocige, directed by Mr. Ricardo Fabrega, was chosen because of their experience (which consists of a technical department with 40 years of experience in all faces of the construction business), business savvy, reputation, quality, and innovation.

They are truly a perfect match for us—team oriented, innovative, aggressive, and most importantly, trust-worthy. We asked many of our potential banking partners who they would recommend for a contractor on the project. All had Cocige on their list. With such endorsements from the biggest banks in Panama, we are confident that they will deliver. They have impressed us with the Herculean effort that went into their response to our Red Frog Beach Project, including site visits, interviews, forward supply chain projections, hundreds of questions, days of meetings, quality demonstrations, and an incredible willingness to work together throughout the process.

Cocige, S.A. has built developments across all types of construction and carries out annual projects for a total value of more than $20 million. Currently they have over $50 million in jobs under construction and employ a large labor force of over 1200 people including 68 engineers!
