Residence Club Plan Summary USAGE PLAN The Usage Plan for Red Frog provides it owners with the opportunity to use their villa as much as a typical owner would in a full ownership program. More importantly, Red Frog Owners avoid the hassles and costs of absentee vacation homeownership. Each Red Frog Owner is guaranteed five (5) weeks of Vacation Villa use. Two (2) Primary consecutive weeks and three (3) Planned weeks each Owner Year. The Reservations Policies and Procedures provide the kinds of flexible use that luxury vacation homeowners enjoy. Last minute vacations, long weekend vacations and consecutive week vacations are all available subject to the Reservations Policies and Procedures. Owners can invite guests to join them or send guests unaccompanied. Owners can elect to rent their reserved time and share in the revenues. RESIDENCE CLUB PLAN SUMMARY 1. PRIMARY VACATION PERIODS Each owner is guaranteed the same two (2) consecutive weeks each year so they can make vacation plans well in advance. They can also choose to rent out one or both of those weeks for occasions when they will not be using it. 2. PLANNED VACATION PERIODS The Planned Vacation Period option provides each Owner with the ability to reserve three (3) additional weeks on a rotating basis which allows them the ability to choose different vacation dates each year. GUESTS USE: Villa Owners can invite guests to accompany them at any time or send unaccompanied guests during Planned Vacation Periods.
