Health & Safety Update
When You're Ready, We'll Be Ready
In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to maximize the safety of our guests and employees, we made this protocol. We follow the guidelines as stipulated by the MINSA (Ministry of Health of Panama). We will continue to closely monitor the developments and if we deem this necessary, we will change our protocol.
Guests Welcome

We will meet our guests at the Bocas Airport holding a Red Frog sign.

A team member will take guests temperature. If the guest has a temperature above 38 degrees Celsius or 100 degrees Fahrenheit or / and have COVID-19 symptoms, our team will arrange transportation to the Bocas hospital.
-
Once guests are cleared our team will provide boat transportation to Red Frog Beach Island Resort (if service is included on their reservation). Our boat will be sanitized after each transportation service.
-
Guests would already have checked in by the time of arrival (Through application or booking agent) to Red Frog Beach Island Resort and our receptionist will be ready with your disinfected keys to take guests to their sanitized accommodation.
-
The set-up at the reception is such that a distance of 2 meters (6 feet) is kept between staff and guests.

Guests and employees are required to wear a face mask in the public space of the Resort. You don't need to wear a face mask when you are in your accommodation.
