Pet Policy

We do not allow pets at Red Frog Beach Island Resort 

Cancellation Policy

Depending on your reservation confirmation. 

Red Frog Beach Island Resort strongly recommends all travelers obtain third-party travelers insurance from a reputable company to cover against losses. 

Deposit Policy

All reservations require a credit card deposit of the total amount of stay at time of booking.

Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: Reservation must be cancelled and submitted in written form 30 days or more prior to the check-in date to avoid any penalty; furthermore, if the reservation is cancelled 29 – 15 days prior to check-in date the guest will be penalized 50% of the amount paid and if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date the guest will be penalized 100% the amount paid, and no reimbursement will be made. No exceptions apply.
