When should I book my treatment?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.
How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?
After requesting a booking, our team will contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm availability.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Please let us know at least 1 hour before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
What time should I arrive at the spa?
We kindly ask you to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to enjoy the full duration of your treatment.
Should I tell you about my health conditions or allergies?
Yes, please. Inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries so we can adapt your treatment accordingly.
What happens if I arrive late?
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, as we want to respect the next guest’s appointment.
